Dan Zimmerman
Immediately following graduation of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Advertising he worked as an associate at Trevi Luxury Hospitality Group in Dallas, TX before moving back to Houston to pursue a career in commercial Real Estate with Hankamer and associates. Following this he became an independent broker and founded NewForm Real Estate in 2013. His background includes:

Daniel Feigelson
In 2009, when the real estate market was in turmoil, Daniel chose to dive-in and never looked back. Beginning with serving a private residential investment portfolio, Daniel later obtained his Texas real estate license to broaden his scope in serving any clients whether buying, selling, or leasing. As a Houston, Texas native; Daniel leverages market knowledge to serve his clients goals in each asset class; industrial, office, multifamily, and retail properties. Daniel has represented commercial tenants and landlords, most notably Verandah Restaurant at Thor Equities - Kirby Collection. Daniel enjoys working with investors and businesses of all sizes in finding the perfect fit for leasing or owner occupancy. Daniel has returned to Newform after working with the Houston office of Detroit based Friedman Real Estate commercial brokerage were he focused on investment sales and landlord representation.
